Hickory Hills home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Hickory Hills rose by $9,250 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $214,250 - a 4.5% increase over the $205,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Hickory Hills in April 2016.
