Worth home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Worth rose by $48,000 while total sales decreased by 54.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $142,000 - a 51.1% increase over the $94,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Worth in April 2016.
