Chicago Ridge home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Chicago Ridge rose by $32,750 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $111,250 - a 41.7% increase over the $78,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Chicago Ridge in April 2016.
