Sauk Village (Cook County) home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Sauk Village in Cook County rose by $5,000 while total sales decreased by 10%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $30,000 - a 20% increase over the $25,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Sauk Village in April 2016.
