Burnham home prices fall in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Burnham fell by $10,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $24,500 - a 30% decrease over the $35,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Burnham in April 2016.
