Interested parties wishing to speak should identify their intent to speak, they then may give their name and then make their comment. Person may also provide their address privately to the Village Clerk, if they so choose, person are advised that addresses are considered private information under the Freedom of Information Act and thus are exempt from disclosure pursuant to any Freedom of Information request. However, in order to give proper consideration to all items on the agenda, the President has the authority to limit participants in debates and will close repetitive or abusive remarks.

Discussion of, consideration of, and taking action (pass or not pass) on RESOLUTION NO. 2019–O–006 MOTOR FUEL TAX APPROPRIATIONS RESOLUTION MAY 1, 2019 TO APRIL 30, 2020 A RESOLUTION FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF STREETS AND HIGHWAYS UNDER THE ILLINOIS CODE WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF BURNHAM, THORTON TOWNSHIP, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS

Discussion of, consideration of, and taking action (approve or not approve) THIS REDEVLOPMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made by and between the VILLAGE OF BURNHAM a body politic organized as a municipal corporation pursuant to the laws of the State of Illinois, (the “Village”), and J & T GROUP OF ILLINOIS , LLC., an Illinois Limited Liability Corporation (the “Developer”).

FINANCE:

1. Discussion of, consideration of, and taking action on setting dates for the appropriation of the Village of Burnham for the fiscal year beginning May 1, 2019 and ending April 30, 2020.

Present the winners of the Vehicle Sticker Contest: Corniah A Williams a 3rd grader at Burnham School for the passenger sticker: Kevin Sandoval a 5th grader at Burnham School for the Senior & Veterans sticker and Danayi Sandoval a 3rd grader at Burnham School for the truck sticker. They have all won a $50.00 prize and a free vehicle sticker for each household.

COMMUNICATIONS, MEMORIALS, AND REMONSTRANCES

NEW BUSINESS:

1. Discussion of, consideration of, and taking action (adopt or not adopt) on the purpose of declaring the police vehicles 2005 Chrysler Sebring unmarked, 2010 Ford Crown marked, 2010 Ford marked, 2007 Ford Crown unmarked as surplus and to authorize the vehicles to be sold as scrap.

2. Discussion of, consideration of, and taking action (adopt or not adopt) on the change of the Village of Burnham Hall office hours beginning June 1, 2019: Thursday’s to be open 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.: no longer, Friday’s to be the late day. Also for the month of June, Saturday’s to be open longer 9:00 a.m.to 1:00 p.m.

3. Request for Closed Session per 5ILCS 120/2© (21); Discussion of minutes lawfully closed, whether for purposes of approval of the minutes or the semi-annual review of the minutes.

4. 5ILCS 120/2© (11): litigation, when an action against, affecting or on behalf of the village has been filed and is pending before a court or administrative tribunal, or when the Board finds that an action is probable or imminent.
