Illinois General Assembly: HB1652 actions on May 21

The following actions were taken on May 21 in the House on House bill HB1652 ("service member-expedited lic"): "Placed on Calendar Order of Concurrence Senate Amendment(s", "Arrived in House", "Added as Alternate Co-Sponsor Sen. Cristina Castro" and "Third Reading - Passed".
