          3) APPROVAL OF AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZINING AN AGREEMENT OF THE VILLAGE OF ALSIP WITH KIE REAL ESTAES L.L.C. FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 5859 1117TH PLACE, ALSIP, ILLINOIS IDENTIFIED AS PINS 24-20-402-003-0000 & 24-20-004-0000.

          4) APPROVAL OF AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF ALSIP APPROVING CLASS 6B SER ASSESSMENT STATUS FOR THE REAL ESTATE LOCATED AT 5859 WEST 117TH PLACE (PIN 24-20-404-0000 & 24-20-404-004-0000), IN THE VILLAGE OF ALSIP, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS.

          5) Approval to advertise a request for an RFP for Red Light Camera Enforcement, as the existing contract with Gatso USA expires 7/29/2019 and the Mayor’s Office will submit a letter indicating the Village will not renew said contract.

Pulaski, provide water supply & fire protection to Jewel out-lots and eliminate a dead-end main on Harding Ave at an approximate costs of $400,000 (shared, 75% Pulaski Ave TIF and 25% Village Water Department).

           2) Approval of a professional services agreement with Christopher Burke Engineering, Ltd for Inspection, Contract Bidding Documents, Preconstruction Services and Construction Observation of the Rehabilitation/Painting of two (2) Alsip one (1) million gallon water tanks for a cost not to exceed $82,850.00.
