            3) Approval of a red lined version for a contract regarding services provided by Diliberto Real Estate Services, to market TIF property purchased by the Village commonly known as 11706-30 S. Pulaski.

            4) Approval of a $2,500.00 payment to Diliberto Real Estate Services for marketing Village owned property commonly known as 11706-30 S. Pulaski (this payment represents 1/3 of the approved cost of marketing services quoted by DRES).
