Village of Tinley Park issued the following announcement on Nov. 8.
The Village will once again host Tinley Wish, a program that delivers holiday presents to Tinley Park families in need.
This year's nominations are due by Monday, Nov. 11 and can be emailed to Sgt. Chris Butler at cbutler@tinleypark.org.
Gift wrapping will take place at 9 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 7 at the Tinley Park Police Department, and delivery will happen Saturday, Dec. 14. Volunteers are welcome on either or both days.
Tinley Wish is a nonprofit organization that has been in existence since 1996. The organization raises money throughout the year in an effort to give back to community families in need.
