4. ANNOUNCE EXECUTIVE SESSION: The Village Board may convene into Executive Session pursuant to Sections 19.85(1)(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility – staff evaluations of the individuals holding the following positions:
- Administrator-Clerk/Treasurer
- Deputy Clerk/Deputy Treasurer
- Deputy Clerk II
- Planner
- Highway Lead Person
- Highway Crew
- Police Chief
- Police Sergeant
- Police Captain
- Police Officers
- Police support staff
5. ANNOUNCE EXECUTIVE SESSION: The Village Board may convene into Executive Session pursuant to: Section 19.85(1)(g) Conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advise concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is not likely to become involved: Sugar Island Road.
6. ANNOUNCE EXECUTIVE SESSION: The Village Board may convene into Executive Session pursuant to: Section 19.85(1)(g) Conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advise concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is not likely to become involved: Lower Lake Road.
7. ANNOUNCE EXECUTIVE SESSION: The Village Board may convene into Executive Session pursuant to: Section 19.85(1)(g) Conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advise concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is not likely to become involved: Zoning Violation at 109 S Regency Circle.
8. ANNOUNCE EXECUTIVE SESSION: The Village Board may convene into Executive Session pursuant to: Section 19.85(1)(g) Conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advise concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is not likely to become
involved: Sewer system inspections on properties with the Silver Lake Utility District.
9. ANNOUNCE EXECUTIVE SESSION: pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(e) – deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public property, the investing of public funds, or conducting
other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session - Police Association Agreement
10. MOTION TO GO INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION, pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(c) – Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility – staff evaluations of employees listed above.

13. The Board will recess until 5:00 p.m.
14. RECONVENE into open session at 5:00 p.m.

MOTION TO GO INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION, pursuant to: Section 19.85(1)(g) Conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advise concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is not likely to become involved: Sugar Island Road, Lower Lake Road, Zoning Violation at 109 S Regency Circle, and Sewer system inspections on properties with the Silver Lake Utility District.
