Village of Tinley Park issued the following announcement on Dec. 20.
The Tinley Park Police Department once again has won an award for its 2019 National Night Out celebration in the 50,000 to 100,000 population category.
This is the 13th award the department has received since 2007. Other Illinois communities who won in this classification include Arlington Heights and Orland Park.
