Motion to approve the petition filed by Santos Gonzales & Anna Moore to allow a 20-foot front yard set-back along Comanche Drive for a fence to be aligned with an existing fence on the property immediately north (12931 Comanche Drive) and a 25-foot Front Yard Set-Back along Comanche Drive for a pool enclosed by said fence at the residence located at 7400 W. Kiowa Lane.
