The Regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Blue Island was called to order by Mayor Vargas at 7:00 p.m. on December 10, 2019.

Public Comment
Carol DiPace Greene thanked Mayor Vargas for broadcasting Committee meetings on BITV. She also expressed her concern of how the Finance Department is operating and asked for a procedural/forensic audit.

Mayor Vargas echoed Ms. DiPace-Greene for the lack of Financial Reporting to Aldermen.

Aldermanic Announcements/Comments
Alderman Bilotto asked that all Department Heads get their bills in for next years' appropriations.
Alderman Fahrenwald stated that some Metro South employees would be connected with Cook County Health Systems
Alderman Hawley thanked the parade committee and all departments and businesses for their commitment to putting on a fabulous parade.
