City of Palos Hills issued the following announcement on Jan. 21.
The City of Palos Hills will be holding a public hearing on Thursday, January 30, at 6:00pm in the City Hall Council Chambers, located at 10335 S. Roberts Road. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the creation of a trail at the City’s Nineteen Acres site located across the street from Bennett Park. Partial funding for this trail would come through a grant sponsored by the Illinois Department of Natural Resources and the Federal Highway Administration.
