City of Oak Forest Veterans Commission met January 16.

5. OLD BUSINESS:

 Polo’s are in Cary at All USA Clothing.

 Challenge coins have been received.

 Decorated Christmas trees come down the 1st week in January. Joe defrocked the tree the day after Christmas, Dec. 26th (if you didn’t know the day).

 We have requested that a flag be hung on a wall in the Blue Room.

 Joe asked at the Mayor’s office about commission cards. Commission cards have been discontinued by the City.

 Don Snedden is on the mend from his broken bone.

6. NEW BUSINESS:

 We are looking for at least 2 Veterans to join our commission.

 Anything for the good of commission or veterans? Once around the table.
