NEW BUSINESS

1. ZC #20-001 DC Financial Services Group – Temp Sign Duration – Variation: PUBLIC HEARING –The applicant requests review and recommendation of approval of a variation request to allow a temporary sign beyond the standard time allowance of a temporary sign permit and such other and further zoning relief as may be required in the O1 - Office District at 15000 Cicero Avenue.

2. ZC #20-002 Single Family Permitted in C3 on Cicero from 159th to 162nd – Text Amendment (Zoning Ordinance): PUBLIC HEARING – The applicant requests review and recommendation of approval of a text amendment to Section 5-108(B)(1) of the Oak Forest Zoning Ordinance to make Single Family Residential Dwelling Units a permitted use in the C3 zoning district on Cicero Avenue between 159th Street and 162nd Street, with the exception of property in the Redevelopment Overlay District and such other and further zoning relief as may be required in the C3 – Central Business District.

3. ZC #20-003 Single Family Permitted in C3 on Cicero from 159th to 162nd – Text Amendment (Zoning Ordinance): PUBLIC HEARING – The applicant requests review and recommendation of approval of a text amendment to the Oak Forest Comprehensive Plan to make Single Family Residential Dwelling Units a permitted use in the C3 zoning district on Cicero Avenue between 159th Street and 162nd Street, with the exception of property in the Overlay Redevelopment District and such other and further zoning relief as may be required in the C3 – Central Business District.
