Arbor Park School District 145 Committee of the Whole Board of Education met Nov. 6.

Dr. Sala called the meeting to order at 7 p.m.
Committee members present Dave Rana, Mark Werner, Angeles Bear, Kevin Pepe, Tina Wslander. Also: Present: Dr. Andrea Sala, Brian OKeeffe.

Dr. Andrea Sala. Superintendent of Schools reviewed the agenda items.
Mr. Pepe made the motion to go into closed session at 7:10 p.m. to discuss Personnel matters. Bear seconded.
Closed session returned at 8:44 p.m.
• Ratify the October 31.2109 and November 15.2019 Accounts Payable Disbursement Journals.
• Approve the November 29.2019 Accounts Payable Disbursement Journal.
• Ratify the October 25, 2019, October 30, 2019 and November 8, 2019 District Payrolls.
• Approve the November 22, 2019 payroll.
• Acceptance of the Statement of Position for the Month Ending: 31.2019
• Approval of the resolution for the Adoption of the 2019 Tentative Tax Levy Resolution providing for the issue Of not to exceed General Obligation Refunding School Bonds for the purpose of refunding certain outstanding bonds, providing for the levy of a direct annual tax sufficient to pay the principal and interest on said bonds, and authorizing the execution of a Bond Purchase Agreement with Robert W. Baird & co., Incorporated, in connection with the proposed sale Of said bonds.
Resolution Designating Interest Earnings for Fiscal year 2019.
