1) Presentation of a list of licenses dated February 14th, 2020 through March 6th, 2020.

2) Request for approval of Case #2020-02-V-100 for a sign variance from 65’ to 75’ to be granted to Shout Outdoor Media for the property located at 12900 S. Kostner. The Planning and Zoning Commission held a Public Hearing on Wednesday, February 26, 2020 and passed this request with a vote of 5-1 in favor.

3) The Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing for Case #2020-03-S100 on Wednesday, March 18th, 2020 at 7:30pm in the Village of Alsip Council Chambers 4500 W. 123rd Street, to hear an application regarding a Special-Use to conduct truck repair and park/store trucks at the property commonly known as 11659- 11701 S. Mayfield Avenue, Alsip. Parties wishing to be heard will be given the opportunity to do so.
