Village of Summit Village Board met March 20.
Here is the agenda provided by the board:
1. CALL TO ORDER
2. ROLL CALL AND CONFIRM POSTING
3. PUBLIC COMMENT
4. ANNOUNCE EXECUTIVE SESSION: The Village Board may convene into Executive Session pursuant to: Section 19.85(1)(e) Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. Water agreement with City of Oconomowoc for service to Whitestone Church and Hope Church properties.
5. ANNOUNCE EXECUTIVE SESSION: The Village Board may convene into Executive Session pursuant to: Section 19.85(1)(c) - considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility:
Deputy Clerk/Deputy Treasurer job offer.
6. MOTION TO GO INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION (by Roll Call Vote): pursuant to: Section 19.85(1)(e) Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. Water agreement with City of Oconomowoc for service to Whitestone Church and Hope Church properties. AND pursuant to: Section 19.85(1)(c) - considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility: Deputy Clerk/Deputy Treasurer job offer.
The Board will return to open session after this discussion and upon a MOTION to do so.

A. Discussion and action on water agreement with City of Oconomowoc for service to Whitestone Church and Hope Church properties
B. Discussion and action on agreement with Sugar Island Homeowner’s Association Granting a Privilege for Use of Dedicated Right of Way and Prescribing Conditions of Use
C. Discussion and action on submittal of Waterway and Wetland Individual Permit Application for Sugar Island piers
D. Discussion and action on acceptance of $10,000 for the Sugar Island Homeowner’s Association pier project
E. Discussion and action on Resolution to Ratify the Emergency Proclamation approved by the Village President Pertaining to the COVID-19 Pandemic and Declaration of Emergency
F. Discussion regarding Public Works operations
G. Discussion and action on approval of Public Works Superintendent position
H. Discussion and action on approval of posting Public Works Superintendent position
I. Discussion and action on hiring of Deputy Clerk/Deputy Treasurer
J. Discussion and action on hiring temporary part-time employee to assist with added activities related to COVID-19 pandemic
