11. Motion to approve a contract with CNC Lawn Care for maintenance of the Harlem Avenue berms and medians, Ridgeland Avenue berms, and the Art Park in the amount of $2,775.00/month (April 1, 2020 - October 31, 2020) totaling $19,425.

12. Motion to approve awarding the Palmer Park Redevelopment project to Integral Construction in the amount of $675,551.00 – subject to budget review upon issuance of return to work order.

13. Motion to approve entering into an agreement with Tivity Health and the Silver Sneakers program for the purpose of providing qualifying members discounted fitness center memberships.

14. Motion to approve the hire of Upland Design in the amount of $14,660.00 to provide professional services and OSLAD Grant preparation to the City of Palos Heights for the landscape architecture development of the Orchard Park master plan – subject to budget review upon issuance of return to work order.

15. Motion to approve the hire of Charles Vincent George Architects in the amount of $23,000.00 to provide professional services to the City of Palos Heights for the architecture redevelopment of the Orchard Park barn/garage – subject to budget review upon issuance of return to work order.

16. Motion to approve Engineer’s 5th Payment Estimate for Country Landscape & Supply in the amount of $5,857.19 for work completed on the Pool Deck project.

17. Motion to approve awarding the 2020 MFT Resurfacing program to Lindahl Brothers Inc. for $429,994.38.

18. Motion to approve that the current Spectrum construction performance bond be replaced with a 15 month maintenance bond.
