Due to the uncertainty of when the Illinois Shelter in Place order may be lifted and the Village Hall is currently closed to the public. This is a savings from the current expense of approximately $47,800.00.

7. PRESENTATIONS, PETITIONS, COMMUNICATIONS: The Village was approved to receive a $10,000.00 grant from the Metropolitan Mayors Caucus and the Committee consisting of myself, Mayor Ryan and the Finance Director. We have agreed to purchase a computer kiosk for the Village residents to access on behalf of the census participation at a costs of approximately $5,500.00. The balance of the grant money will be spent on advertising and promotional materials to promote census participation. (Trustee Nava-Esparza)
