 MOTION: To approve the hiring of two part-time grass cutters at public works to be paid a rate of $11.00 per hour

FINANCE & INSURANCE: Trustee Kuban

Any matters for the record including:

 MOTION: To approve posted payables of $28,917.27; MFT expenses of $11,664.47, TIF#2 expenses of $660.00, Capital Projects expenses of $6,303.62 Recurring expenses of $78,244.89 and payroll earnings of $148,102.18 (with taxes) for a total of $273,892.43

 Any matters for the record including:

 MOTION: To approve the listed holiday closures of the village finance office. Office staff are aware they will be using their own time off for these days if scheduled to work. The closures include:

o Saturday May 23rd for Memorial Day weekend

o Friday July 3rd for 4th of July weekend

o Saturday September 5th for Labor Day weekend

o Saturday November 28th for Thanksgiving weekend

o Saturday January 2 for New Year's weekend

 MOTION: To approve the changing of the scheduled committee meeting of May 6, 2020 to 7:00 pm on Monday, May 11,2020

 Economic Planning Updates

BUILDINGS, ZONING AND ORDINANCES: Trustee Oszakiewski

 Any matters for the record including:

 Discuss $2,500 Burke Engineering donation options

 Plans to disinfect professionally all public buildings once we reopen doors to the public.

 Plans to reconfigure the boardroom to satisfy the 6’ spacing requirement after the stay at home quarantine is relaxed.

 Discussion to require facemasks upon entering VOJ businesses once the quarantine is relaxed.

 Retail tax - for village of justice businesses, give them X months after the quarantine is relaxed to submit their retail taxes.

 The village could offer a vehicle sticker discount of $50.00 for every $100.00 spent by residents at VOJ businesses from the time the quarantine is relaxed to July 31, 2020.

Extend the 20-21 vehicle stickers to be displayed to July 31, 2020 or later
