1. ZC #20-005 5488-5496 W. 159th Street Angelic Scholars INC. – Special Use Permit: PUBLIC MEETING - The applicant, Shawanna Dukes, of Angelic Scholars Inc., requests review and recommendation of approval for a special use permit to allow child day care services and such other and further zoning relief as may be required in the C2 – General Service Commercial District at 5488-5496 W. 159th Street.

2. ZC #20-006 15157-59 S. Cicero Avenue George’s Rib House – Sign Width Variation: PUBLIC MEETING - The applicant, Deborah Geer, of George’s Rib House, requests review and recommendation of approval of a variation request to allow a wall sign beyond the width allowance of a wall sign permit and such other and further zoning relief as may be required in the C3 – Central Business District at 15157-59 Cicero Avenue.

3. DR #20-002 5950 W. 159th Street Perfect Smiles (Oak View Dental) – Level 3 Design Review Permit: PUBLIC MEETING - The applicant, Seth Holmen, architect at InterContinental Real Estate & Dev. Corp., requests review and approval of a Level 3 Design Review Permit at 5950 W. 159th St in the C2 – General Service Commercial District in accordance with Sections 9-401, 9-402, and 11-505 of the Zoning Ordinance for an expansion to the building, creating a new south-facing and east-facing façade.
