Arbor Park School District 145 Committee of the Whole of the Board of Education met April 8.

CALL TO ORDER
Dr. Sala called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Committee members present Dave Rana, Angeles Bear, Kevin Pepe, Wendy Lux, Maryann Ing and Tina Moslander.
Also: Present: Dr. Andrea Sala, Dr. Brian O'Keeffe. Absent; Mark Werner.
OPENING COMMENTS & OVERVIEW OF AGENDA BY SUPERINTENDENT
Dr. Andrea Sala., Superintendent of Schools reviewed the agenda items.
CLOSED SESSION
Mrs. Bear made the motion to go into closed session at 7:03 p.m. to discuss Personnel matters. Mr. Rana seconded. Closed session adjourned at 7:31p.m.
ISSUES RELEVANT TO BOARD
ACTION • Ratify the March 31, 2020 and April 15, 2020 Accounts Payable Disbursement Journals. Approve the April 30, 2020 Accounts Payable Disbursement Journal.
• Ratify the March 27, 2020 and April 10, 2020 District Payrolls.
• Approve the April 24, 2020 District Payroll.
• Acceptance of the Statement of Position for the Month Ending: March 31, 2020.
• Acceptance and approval of the Statement of Work for Actuarial Valuation Services between Arbor Park School District 145 and Grant Thornton for the fiscal years ending June 30, 2020 and June 30, 2021.
• Adoption of the Proclamation for National Teacher and School Personnel Appreciation Week - May 4th through May 8th, 2020.
