1. Discussion and action on an application for the following requests: (i) a zoning map amendment changing the zoning district of 3201 East End Avenue from B-1 Business District to I Industrial District; (ii) a text amendment to Section 1-701(D) of Part VII of Chapter 14 of the South Chicago Heights Zoning Ordinance to permit the co-location of a transporting organization and a craft grower on the same property; (iii) a text amendment to 1-201(b) of Part II of Chapter 14 South Chicago Heights Zoning Ordinance to reduce the length an adult-use cannabis craft grower business may be from a residential district to 250 feet; and (iv) a special permit to allow the operation of a crafter grower and transporting facility at 3201 East End Avenue (PINs: 32-33-101- 028-0000 & 32-33-101-029-0000).

2. Discussion and action on an application for a special permit to allow the operation of a crafter grower at 3333 East End Avenue (PINs: 32-33-101-021-0000).

3. Discussion and action on an application for a special permit to allow the operation of a crafter grower, infuser and transporting organization at 3333 East End Avenue (PINs: 32-33-101- 021-0000).

4. Discussion and action on an application for a special permit to allow the operation of a crafter grower and transporting organization at 3215 Butler Avenue (PINs: 32-33-102-009-0000 & 32-33-102-014-0000).

5. Discussion and action on an application for a special permit to allow the operation of a crafter grower at 304 E. Sauk Trail (PINs: 32-33-201-041-0000).

6. Discussion and action on an application for a text amendment to Section 1-201 of Part II of Chapter 2 of the South Chicago Heights Zoning Ordinance to create a definition of a Truck Repair Facility use and Section and Section 1-201 of Part II of Chapter 6 of the South Chicago Heights Zoning Ordinance related the regulation of Truck Repair Facilities and General Automotive Repair.
