9.1 “To approve the Summer 2020 District hardware/software upgrades at a cost not to exceed

10. NEW BUSINESS

10.1 "To amend the 2019-2020 School Calendar to reflect the changes made due to the use of Emergency Days. The last day of school will be June 2, 2020"

10.2 “As the Board of Education will not meet during the month of July, 2020, the Board authorizes the Superintendent to pay the bills, payroll and benefits incurred from June 3, 2020 through July 17, 2020. The July bills and payroll will be ratified at the August 13, 2020 Board Meeting".

10.3 "School District 126 adopts and will post at the Administrative Center the Prevailing Wage Rates for the County of Cook effective June 1, 2020 as required by Public Act 86-799 (The Prevailing Wage Act) in connection with Public Works Projects".

10.4 Biannual Review of Closed Session Minutes

"That after a review of all of the Closed Session Minutes and audiotapes, the Closed Session Minutes of February 14, 2020, will remain closed to the public due to the confidential nature of the topics discussed and the listing of specific individuals; audiotapes from May 10, 2018, June 11, 2018, October 16, 2018 and November 8, 2018 will be destroyed."

All Closed Session minutes previously reviewed by the Board and designated to be closed will remain closed to the public."

(Board reviews minutes of Closed Session Meetings at its November and June Board meetings. Audiotapes may be destroyed after 18 months; but minutes must be retained.)
