A. Approval of Radio Communications Infrastructure Relocation and Enhancement. The attached memo from Deputy Police Chief Reid, dated June 23, 2020, provides supporting details.

7. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT

A. Approval of Ordinance No. 2020-06-0798O granting a variation to allow a six-foot fence to be installed in the front yard at 17092 Bonnie Trail West in the R2 – Single Family District. The attached memo from Community Planner Paul Ruane, dated June 23, 2020, provides supporting details.

B. Approval of Resolution No. 2020-06-0371R authorizing a second amendment to the purchase and sale agreement with Northmark Construction LLC regarding four parcels of property in the Gateway at 15820 South Cicero Avenue and 4960 West 159th Street. The attached memo from Economic and Community Development Director Bandstra, dated June 17, 2020, provides supporting details.

CITIZENS PARTICIPATION: The Oak Forest City Council invites public comment at its meetings, but it generally does not have the ability to provide an immediate response to some questions raised during the Citizens Participation portion of a council meeting without some reasonable opportunity to review them. Therefore, the City Council encourages questions to also be submitted in writing in the event that they need to be referred to City staff to help assure a more thoughtful and informed response. THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS IS OPEN FOR THE PUBLIC TO ATTEND. SOCIAL DISTANCING MUST BE MAINTAINED BY ATTENDEES.

EXECUTIVE SESSION: The purpose is to discuss the purchase or lease of real property for use by the City of Oak Forest, including meetings held for the purpose of discussing whether a particular parcel should be acquired, and to discuss the setting of a price for the sale or lease of real estate owned by the City of Oak Forest.
