1) Request to approve demolition the 3 buildings commonly known as 11706-30 S. Pulaski, funded by the Pulaski Ave TIF.

2) Review 3 quotes and request to approve a contractor to demolish the property commonly known as 11706-30 S. Pulaski.

B. Village Properties, Trustee McLawhorn

C. Ordinance and Legislation, Trustee Zielinski

D. Planning & Zoning and Licenses, Trustee Juarez

1) Discussion of Case #2020-06-S-400 for I-2 to I-2 Special Use for the property located at 5731-45 W. 120th Street, Alsip, IL. There was a Planning & Zoning Hearing on Wednesday, June 24th with a vote of 6-1 in favor of.

2) Discussion regarding a request by an Alsip business to reduce the annual fees for Video Gaming (currently at $500.00 per terminal x 6 terminals per establishment = $3000.00 per establishment annually x 16 establishments in Alsip = $48,000.00).

3) Presentation of a list of licenses dated July 20, 2020 through July 27, 2020.

7. PRESENTATIONS, PETITIONS, COMMUNICATIONS

1) Request to approve reducing the distance for cannabis cultivation from 2500’ to 1000’ to be consistent with cannabis distribution and additional business opportunities. (Trustee Murphy)

2) Request to approve an amendment of the simplified telecommunication fee from 3% to 6%, as this fee is paid by the provider, not the customer and is consistent with neighboring communities. (Trustee Nava-Esparza)

3) Alsip Complete Count Committee (CCC) Census outreach updates. (Trustee Nava-Esparza)
