1) Approval for the Village to acknowledge either Plan “A” or Plan “B” regarding COVID-19 restricted travel for to states identified by the City of Chicago requiring 14 day quarantine upon return.
a. Plan “A”. Follow the Cook County recommendation on travel and require 14 days of quarantine upon return. The employee will be allowed to use pay of FFCRA up to 80 hours (if they still have time available to use). b. Plan “B”. The Village does not enforce the county recommendation, but employ- ees who reside in Chicago must only travel for medical-related reasons, then quarantine for 14 days upon return and only these employees will be eligible for the FFCRA pay because it’s been ordered by Chicago.

Pulaski.
