Village of Palos Park Plan Commission will meet on Thursday, Nov. 5.

4) PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1. PC 2020 - 02: The owner of 12424, 12448 and 12456 South Wolf Road in the Village of Palos Park, has requested approval of a preliminary and final plat for a 3 lot resubdivision of the property. The subject site is 8.526 acres and is developed with several structures and zoned R-1-A One Family Dwelling District. The resubdivision will create two 2.627 acre lots and one 2.626 acre lot.
2. PC 2020 - 03: The Village of Palos Park has filed an application to amend the text of the Zoning Ordinance as follows: 1) To amend Section 1264.04 to add a variance to permit an accessory building to be constructed beyond the front building line of the principal building, and 2) To amend Section 1268.02(£) to reduce the required corner side yard setback for side yards abutting a dedicated but unimproved right-of-way.
