Democratic Incumbent Debbie Meyers-Martin has won her reelection bid for District 38 House seat and thanked voters for their support.
“Thank you to the voters of the 38th District,” she wrote on her Facebook page. “I am humbled and honored by your support and confidence in me to represent you. I will continue being your strong voice in Springfield and in District.”
Meyers-Martin, who assumed office on January 9, 2019, was up against GOP Candidate Max Solomon.
“There is more important work to be done, and I look forward to every opportunity to work even harder for you,” Meyers-Martin added.
