CALL TO ORDER
Dr. Sala called the meeting to order at 7: 18 p.m. Committee members present Dave Rana, Angeles Bear, Kevin Pepe, Maryann Ing, Wendy Lux, Mark Werner and Tina Moslander. Also: Present: Dr. Andrea Sala, Dr. Brian O'Keeffe.

Mrs. Bear made the motion to go into closed session at 7:18 p.m. to discuss Personnel matters. Mr. Rana seconded. Closed session adioumed at 8:14 p.m.

• Ratify the August 28, 2020, August 31, 2020 and September 15, 2020 Accounts Payable Disbursement Journals. Approve the September 30, 2020 Accounts Payable Disbursement Journal.
• Ratify the August 28, 2020 and September 11, 2020 District Payrolls. Approve the September 25, 2020 District Payroll.
• Acceptance of the Statement of Position for the Month Ending August 31, 2020.
