Village of Bridgeview Personnel Board Met Oct. 13.
Here is the minutes provided by the board:
Chairman Lewis called the special meeting of the Personnel Board to order at 6:00pm.
Roll Call indicated that Members Regep, Gholeh and Chairman Lewis were present. There was a quorum. Member Mazarka participated via a cell phone. The cell phone was set up on the table in front of the Personnel Board members.
Also present were Attorney Safaa Zarzour and Secretary to the Personnel Board, Cathy Siciliano.
Chairman Lewis looked for a motion to go into closed session for interviews of four Firefighter candidates. Motion was made by Member Mazarka and seconded by Member Regep. Roll call vote:
AYES: Members Regep, Mazarka, Gholeh and Chairman Lewis.
NAYS: None.
There being four ayes and no nays, the MOTION CARRIED.
The Personnel Board went into closed session at 6:04pm.
The Personnel Board returned to open session at 7:28pm.
With no further business, Chairman Lewis looked for a motion to adjourn. Motion was made by Member Gholeh and seconded by Member Regep. By voice vote, the MOTION CARRIED.
The meeting adjourned at 7:29pm.
