City of Blue Island Planning Commission Met Feb. 4.

Roll Call: Public Comment:
Public comment shall be by email only. Persons interested in public comment must email their comment to hcoppari@cityofblueisland.org by February 4, 2021 at 5:00 PM. Emailed comments received will be read during the “Public Comment” portion of the hearing by Howard M. Coppari, the Community Development Manager.
Old Business: Review and Approve Plan Minutes (12-03-20).
New Business: Attorney Cary A. Horvath, the municipal attorney, from Odelson, Sterk, Murphey, Frazier & McGrath, LTD. will provide a public “Hearing Procedure Training” to the Planning Commission and the Zoning Board of Appeals members in a combined meeting session. Mr. Horvath will speak in greater details on the rules, policies, and procedures in administering a public hearing in a planning and zoning capacity.
