Village of Bridgeview Personnel Board Met Nov. 5.
Here is the minutes provided by the board:
Chairman Lewis called the special meeting of the Personnel Board to order at 6:00pm.
Roll Call indicated that Members Ahmad, Mazarka, Chairman Lewis, Members Regep and Gholeh were present. There was a quorum.
Also present were Police Chief Mancha, his attorney, the attorney for the defendant, the defendant, a union representative, the Personnel Board’s Attorney Zarzour and the secretary to the Personnel Board, Cathy Siciliano.
Chairman Lewis looked for a motion to go into closed session for the disciplinary hearing. Motion was made by Member Gholeh and seconded by Member Regep. Roll call vote: AYES: Members Ahmad, Mazarka, Chairman Lewis, Members Regep and Gholeh.
NAYS: None.
There being five ayes and no nays, the MOTION CARRIED.
The Personnel Board went into closed session at 6:01pm. The Personnel Board returned to open session at 6:17pm.
Chairman Lewis looked for a motion to adjourn. Motion was made by Member Gholeh and seconded by Member Regep. By voice vote, the MOTION CARRIED.
The meeting adjourned at 6:18pm.
