The home at 6308 81st St., Burbank was sold on July 2 by Joseph James Carvelli (trust) and Michele Mehalek (trustee) for $190,000. The buyer was Krzysztof Antolak.

So far in July 2021, this is the only property that sold in Burbank as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Joseph J. Carvelli (76) has been registered to vote since 2015 and has voted in at least 10 primary elections, records show, including seven Democratic Primaries and two Republican Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
