The last time this home sold was Sept. 9, 2013. It last sold for $101,000.

So far in July 2021, this is the only property that sold in Oak Forest as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Robert L. Pytel (39) has been registered to vote since 2014.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
