OLCHS students earned additional recognition for high scores on multiple tests, known as AP Scholars. Nine students were named AP Scholars with Distinction, which is granted to students who receive an average score of at least 3.5 on all AP Exams taken, and scores of 3 or higher on five or more of these exams.

Eleven additional students earned AP Scholar with Honor awards, signifying that they received an average score of at least 3.25 on all AP Exams taken, and scores of 3 or higher on four or more of these exams.

Oak Lawn Community High School offers more than 20 different AP level courses which allow students a collegiate-level experience as well the opportunity to earn college credit. In all, 362 students took 756 AP exams last Spring.
