On July 21, Chicago Title Land Trust Compnay (trustee) sold their home at 11235 Melrose Court, Orland Park to Cepele Linas (trust), Beatrice C. Cepele (trust), Beatricz C. Cepele (trustee) and Linas Cepele (trustee) for $340,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $3,588.99, 1.06% of the sale price of the home.

So far in July 2021, 103 properties sold in Orland Park.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Anna Chorzepa, 87, was the only registered voter residing at 11235 Melrose Court as of Oct. 10, 2020.
