The home at 16009 Halsted St., Harvey was sold on July 21 by Luzena Clay for $62,500. The buyer was Olugbenga Borishade.

This home last sold for $42,000 on March 9, 2012.

So far in July 2021, 15 properties sold in Harvey.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Luzena Clay has been registered to vote since 2008 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Democratic Primary.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were five registered voters residing at 16009 Halsted St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Jontelle R Davis, 40, Luzena Clay, 78, Angela Morris, 55, Charles Bishop, 68, and Michael S. Knight, 55.
