On July 20, Carlos Motin Inostroza and Lara De Vries purchased a three bedroom, one bathroom home at 16862 Elm Lane Drive, Tinley Park from James and Patricia C. Toures for $215,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $4,481.89, 2.08% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Dec. 22, 2010 for $175,000.

So far in July 2021, 101 properties sold in Tinley Park.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, James Toures has been registered to vote since 2015 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Republican Primary. Patricia C. Toures has been registered to vote since 2016 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Republican Primary.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
