On July 28, Claude Harding sold their home at 3243 Oregon Trail, Olympia Fields to Kirby L Robinson and Jacqueline S Mitchell for $320,000.

In 2019, the property tax paid for this property was $12,809.91, which is 4.0% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Oct. 11, 2005 for $387,000.

So far in July 2021, 10 properties sold in Olympia Fields.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Claude D. Harding has been registered to vote since 2006 and has voted in at least five primary elections, records show, including five Democratic Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 3243 Oregon Trail as of Oct. 10, 2020: Sherrese Ladawn Harding, 45, and Claude D. Harding, 53.
