On Aug. 4, Thomas and Diana Krawisz purchased a property at 12851 Mayfair Drive, Lemont from Janet M. and Matrk J. Haberkorn for $623,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $9,506.34, 1.53% of the sale price of the home.

This property last sold on Jan. 6, 2016 for $411,000.

So far in August 2021, this is the only property that sold in Lemont as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Janet M. Haberkorn has been registered to vote since 2016 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 12851 Mayfair Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Mark J. Haberkorn, 61, Lisa M. Bernas, 42, and Janet M. Haberkorn, 57.
