July 2021: Thornton experienced a 33.3% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Thornton rose by $40,000 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,000 - a 33.3% increase over the $120,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Thornton in July 2020.

The median sales tax in Thornton for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,436, approximately 2.1% of the median home sale price for July 2021.
