Median home prices in Countryside rose to $260,250 in July 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Countryside rose by $146,250 while total sales increased by 250%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $260,250 - a 128.3% increase over the $114,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Countryside in July 2020.

The median sales tax in Countryside for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,433, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for July 2021.
