Hickory Hills home prices rose in July 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Hickory Hills rose by $59,000 while total sales increased by 107.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $289,000 - a 25.7% increase over the $230,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Hickory Hills in July 2020.

The median sales tax in Hickory Hills for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $5,539, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for July 2021.
