On Aug. 9, Katherine and George Korbakes purchased a home at 43 Thornhill Court 43, Burr Ridge from Mary Nell and Bide Lakin Thomas for $610,000.

The property tax paid for this property in 2019 was $10,522.68. This is 1.73% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $584,500 on June 18, 2019.

So far in August 2021, this is the only property that sold in Burr Ridge as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Bide Thomas has been registered to vote since 2020. Mary Nell Thomas has been registered to vote since 2019 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Republican Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
