The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $4,382.05, 3.27% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of two sales so far in Steger in August 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections,

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 22760 Lahon Road as of Oct. 10, 2020: Ruth A. B. Besser, 69, and Gerald R. Besser, 83.
