6. ADMINISTRATION 

A. Approval of the appointment of Dave Rana as Deputy Director of EMA. The attached  memo from Mayor Kuspa, dated August 19, 2021, provides supporting details. 

B. Approval of Ordinance No. 2021-08-0864O increasing the number of Class A liquor  licenses due to the opening of The Exclusive Pour at 6080 West 159th Street. The attached  memo from Mayor Kuspa, dated August 19, 2021, provides supporting details.

7. FINANCE 

A. Approval of Agreement No. 2021-08-0315A, a contract with Blue Cross Blue Shield to  continue providing health insurance coverage to full-time employees at a 3% increase in  cost. The attached memo from Finance Director Julian, dated August 18, 2021, provides  supporting details. 

8. POLICE 

A. Approval of the purchase of an Advanced License Plate Reader System from Flock Safety  of Atlanta, Georgia for a primarily budgeted cost of $46,750.00. The attached memo from  Police Chief Reid, dated August 24, 2021, provides supporting details. 

9. PUBLIC WORKS 

A. Approval of Agreement No. 2021-08-0314A, an Intergovernmental Agreement with the  County of Cook for Phase II Engineering for the 151st & Boca Rio Culvert Project at a  budgeted cost of $72,000.00. The attached memo from Public Works Director  Milanowicz, dated August 18, 2021, provides supporting details. 

B. Approval of the purchase of a 2022 Ford F-350 4x4 Pick-up Truck at a budgeted  cost of $50,000.00 from Roesch Ford, of Bensenville, Illinois. The attached memo  from Public Works Director Milanowicz, dated August 18, 2021, provides supporting  details. 

10. CITIZENS PARTICIPATION: The Oak Forest City Council invites public comment at its meetings, but  it generally does not have the ability to provide an immediate response to some questions raised during the Citizens  Participation portion of a council meeting without some reasonable opportunity to review them. Therefore, the  City Council encourages questions to also be submitted in writing in the event that they need to be referred to City  staff to help assure a more thoughtful and informed response.
